Please note that duck housing like our Oxford duck house is not intended to house birds 24/7, but instead provides overnight security and shelter only. Should you wish to permanently contain your ducks, our run panels are an excellent option because you can configure them to create a secure run to your own specification. You can also purchase predator netting and secure it to the top of the run enclosure for added security.

The Oxford duck house is fitted with a duck board ramp leading to a pop hole so the birds have access to and from the house. The ramp is hinged on the bottom and so, when secured in the upright position, acts as a door to secure the pop hole.

The rear panel is easily removed and provides easy access for husbandry and feeding. The roof is hinged, and can also be raised to allow access to the pen while keeping the pen walls securely intact (to safely observe the housed birds, for example). Ducks are quite messy birds, so it is essential that waterfowl pens like this have good accessibility for cleaning.

Ample ventilation is provided in the front and rear panels.
